Thank you for taking the time to read Integrated Fitness & Nutrition in 2022. I’ve enjoyed getting back into writing these articles in the second half of the year and it’s been great to see the subscribers grow more than 20% since September.
I’m already excited about returning with new content alongside a new project that subscribers will have first access to when it goes live in 2023.Â
While the new year is often associated with a ‘new you’ or an opportunity to start fresh, don’t let your fitness and nutrition ambitions for 2023 stop you from enjoying time with family and friends over the festive season.
If you want to lay a strong foundation for the new year, focus on positive additions to your routine, such as more physical activity, protein, and fruit and vegetables.
The festive season is not the time of year to start a new diet or try to implement significant nutrition changes. Aside from the abundance of enjoyable food on offer, your routine over the holiday is drastically different to the day-to-day of next year, and it can be hard to maintain holiday changes when you go back to work.
Have a great holiday season and I look forward to writing to you in the new year.
