TENSH App and User Testing
It’s been a while since my last post on the Integrated Fitness & Nutrition Substack. I last wrote in March this year to gauge interest in user-testing an app I’ve been developing to build high-impact physical and mental health habits.
Building the mobile app took longer than anticipated, but the TENSH app is nearly ready, and user testing will commence on 10 January 2025.
The initial plan was to provide a basic prototype for testing, but instead, you will have a complete working version of the app with a range of initial features, which will be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The build took longer than anticipated, especially as a side project while I was working full-time. However, I'm finishing up that gig today to focus on the app full-time over the coming months so that things will move much quicker.
So what is TENSH?
TENSH is short for Ten Second Health. It is a digital health tool that helps people develop high-impact physical and mental health habits. The core feature is a daily tracker that measures adherence to ten high-impact habits.
TENSH learns your habit adherence and compares them to evidence-based guidelines to provide personalised recommendations for behaviour change, combined with TENSH education resources.
TENSH aims to embed high-impact physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness and sleep habits that advance health and wellbeing.
The habits, education and behaviour change support have been developed from my ten years working with individuals, teams and organisations to improve health, wellbeing and performance.
If early access to TENSH interests you, head to www.tensh.au to sign up for user testing.
Integrated Fitness & Nutrition is now TENSH
The publication has changed from Integrated Fitness & Nutrition to TENSH. There will be a return to monthly posts about using TENSH to build high-impact physical and mental health habits.
All previous content will remain online and free to access.
I’m looking forward to creating new content and sharing insights into the habits and behaviour change strategies that TENSH uses.
New posts will commence on 10 January 2025.
Enjoy the festive season
Have a great Christmas and New Year, and I look forward to writing to you in 2025.
