Why subscribe? The age-old question…

There are two kinds of people that subscribe to my Integrated Fitness & Nutrition:

  1. People looking for humourous and insightful content that will change their life; and

  2. People looking to learn about fitness & nutrition strategies they understand and get results.

Those who subscribe for reason number one are grossly disappointed and unsubscribe after two weeks. If that sounds like you, I’d probably skip this. But the people who subscribe for reason number two stick around.

I’ve been working with general population clients to improve their health and wellbeing since 2014, so I’ve learned something about what works in fitness and nutrition. I’ve also been writing articles for the same time, so I’m getting better at explaining the lessons I’ve learned to others (by better, I mean more succinct).

The fun thing about Substack is that it allows me to explain critical fitness and nutrition concepts and then engage with the readers to get their insights and experience.
